"A friendly greeting and offer of help with our luggage was a great start. This is a modern hotel with superb views over the Salcombe Estuary. The room was very comfortable with all as you would expect. Mini bar, tea making, coffee pod machine etc Complimentary Salcombe gin and tonic on arrival plus ice delivered each night was great. The staff were excellent and helpful. A great Spa and pool. High standards set by friendly staff"

"Room was small but very tidy, it had everything we needed. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but ok for one night. The view was amazing, high over other houses the countryside stretched for miles. Don’t book if you don’t like heights. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight.
