"You get what you pay for. Excellent service and staff at front desk . Clean rooms but windows usually difficult to shut and don’t keep all noise out. There will (naturally) be noise until around 10pm inside the hostel. Perfect for a cheap night and early start stay in central London. "

"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. Closest shop about 200...

"I stayed at your hostel for seven nights, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were cooperative, so many attractions were convenient and close to the hostel, and everything overall was good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I encountered was that guests have to inform the staff for bed sheet changes and similar services, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you for the great stay!"
