"Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "

"Enjoyable stay ; the staff make this hotel with their attentive and helpful approach. My room and bed were comfortable and warm. There were issues with the shower ( too hot ) which were sorted out by staff. Had dinner and breakfast - both good, tasty food. I was disappointed not to be able to have a swim as part of my stay at the hotel. The website i booked on tells potential customers that there is a charge for breakfast but does not say that there is a charge to use the pool / spa. Thank you...

"The location is fantastic and we found great parking nearby that cost us less that £20 for over 48hrs. The apartments are very spacious but could do with some fresh paint on the walls. Ours had missing pictures frames and there were no blinds on the windows so the light woke us up early. The beds were clean and comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen to prep food for during the day. "
