Located in the heart of Sonoma Valley, this quaint cottage is tucked away on a peaceful country road that is an easy one-mile walk to the Historical Downtown Sonoma Plaza.

The recently renovated cottage is a two bedroom one bath surrounded by the Western Hills that have a spectacular view of the sunset every night. With a bocce ball court, gas firepit and BBQ in an enclosed backyard, it is the ultimate place of relaxation and enjoyment. Whether with the family or friends, it is an amazing place to gather and enjoy the beauty Sonoma Valley has to offer. There are 4 cruiser bikes, for your use. Please bring your own helmet.

Quaint home with a beautiful backyard that was perfect for a long weekend in Napa/Sonoma. We enjoyed glasses of wine by the fire and walks on the local bike path. Very close to town square so many restaurant and shop options. Excellent and easily available hosts. Would stay again!

Birthday Trip
We had a wonderful time staying in Courtney’s home. It was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. The fire pit was awesome, a nice way to end the day and enjoy one of the many bottles of wine we picked during our tasting adventures. The location was great, just outside of town and Ubering was a breeze. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay.

Cozy, clean 2 bedroom - great location and backyard area. Next time we hope to enjoy the bikes and new fire pit. We only had one day of sun but we expected rain this time of year. We always love the shops and restaurants on the square - this place is so convenient to everything.

We enjoyed the stay, especially having the bocce ball co for an afternoon of fun. Kitchen was well appointed for Thanksgiving dinner prep. Could use a few more wash clothes. Location was great for easy access to everything. Close enough to walk or ride.

Wonderful Retreat
This cottage was perfect for our couples trip away. Cozy but comfortable. Being able to walk downtown was icing on the cake. The bathroom could use a little update, but very clean and well maintained. Our only regret is not spending more time in the backyard. We'll definitely be back - thank you Courtney!

Short Sonoma stay
The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Back yard and patio was nice, but we never got a chance to use it. Location was good and a short drive to town. Listing says it is walkable to Sonoma Plaza and the central part of town, which is true, but I am not sure I would walk it at night because the neighborhood is very dark and the street is narrow. Had no problems with anything in the house or the check-in or check out. Overall, a very nice house in a good location for a wine country visit.

Like coming home!
This is the 2nd year my friend and I have stayed at this house in Sonoma and it’s just like coming home! We felt very comfortable and safe. All the amenities that you need are there including a wonderful bottle of Gloria Ferrer sparkling wine to greet you upon your arrival, delicious. Courtney is very easy to work with and we had no issues with check in or check out. This is an amazing house to stay in for your visit to Sonoma, so close to everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend staying here for your wonderful wine country adventures!

The property was clean and just as pictured. We found the furniture and particularly the beds to be comfortable and cozy! The kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we needed....we didn't cook, but used plates, bowls and the coffee maker. We didn't get to use the bikes because of the rain, but could see them out there calling us! The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and close to the main square and a good trail. We will be back!
