We stayed at this hotel for a friend's 70th birthday party that was being held close by. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant could use some additional staff at dinner time but my overall experience was good.

Not worth it
The restaurant appeared to be closed on a Sunday so we needed to take the car to find a place to eat. There's a charging point for your car, but didn't work. Due to renovation, we were upgraded to a superiour room. It didn't feel superior and was wondering what a standard room would look like... A shower curtain really should be banned from hotels. No personel at breakfast so they asked you to clean your own table. All together a lot of money for what you get.

Told I needed a reservation for one when down at the restaurant but I could order room service from the chef who put on only 2 choices of starter/main/desserts. I don't really get the difference, plenty seats at the restaurant. Bathroom must have had recent work done as some trash was just dumped in there, used tissues and what looked like old bits of sealant scattered. Nickolas at the front desk was very helpful however, 10/10 for him.

Behageligt hotel, men en anelse upersonligt at personalet insisterer på at man bruger tjek-ind terminalen til indtjekning og afrejse, når man står der som eneste gæst. Det ville glæde hotellet fortsat at vægte det menneskelige møde

Dårlig service ifht pris
Efter tidligere at ha boet på hotellet da det var Comwell valgte vi det igen. Nu er det en del af Thon. Det var ikke tilfredsstillende. Værelsesprisen er samme pris som Kbh men ringere standard og service. Vi skulle selv tjekke ind og danne nøglekort. Spisning i restaurant til aften - retterne kom al for hurtigt - ingen nydelse og det skulle laves klar til at nogle faste gæster spiste kl 20. Til morgenmaden var der ingen betjening så der stod beskidt service over det hele og bordene blev ikke tørret af. Måtte selv gå i receptionen og spørge efter bestik som der ikke var mere af. Udtjekning skulle man selv stå for. Manglende personlig kontakt når man betaler dyrt for et hotelværelse.

Ikke pengene værd
Bestilte et værelse med Queen size seng, men fik et værelse med 2 enkelte senge. Fik sagt at de måtte finde en stor seng, og jeg fik en dobbeltseng hvilket var ok. Skulle så have en ekstra overnatning og ville bestille et 3 personers værelse med Queen seng igen. Men det kunne de ikke garantere, selvom det er det der står ved værelsesinfo. Så måtte finde et andet hotel. Restauranten var fuldt booket, og det er bøvlet da hotellet ligger langt fra byen. Morgenmaden var ikke klar før 7.10, og vi var nok ca 30 personer der ventede. Helt sikkert et hotel jeg aldrig besøger igen, så hellere kører 1 time.

Middelmådig morgenbuffet en skuffende oplevelse
Der var pænt og rent på værelset, dog var vinduesrammen i stykker. Der var opsat automater til selv-check-in /ud, og det fungerede fint. Morgenmaden var virkelig kedelig. Der var ikke fyldt op på fadene eller med bestik. Selv de billige sager som fx havregryn var tomme. Der var et lille udvalg - det var fint hvis det var lækkert og indbydende, men det har det ikke. Der var vaffel jern men ingen dej til vafler. Når man skar en skive ost var den så tør at hjørnerne bøjede op. Juicerne var meget tynde og smagte ikke af meget. Vi fandt et stykke plastik i chia-grøden. Wienerbrød var kedeligt bake-off. Salt/peber karet der stod på bordet var hyldet ind i spindelvæv. Man ryddede selv af bordene - men vi så ikke nogen der tørrede bordene af. Så morgenmaden var virkelig en dårlig oplevelse og levede på ingen måde op til vores forventninger - eller prisen på overnatningen.

Havde bestilt queensize seng fik enkeltsenge. Meget lille brusekabine/badeværelse. Fjernsynet sad så man ikke kunne se det uden at få hold i nakken, hvis man ellers kunne få fjernbetjening til at virke.
