"Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "The property looked as the online images, the hosts were friendly and accompanied. I loved the neighborhood, so safe and clean. The place is close to a lot of restaurants, I got to enjoy daily breakfasts after early morning walks. I will totally stay here if I am ever in Capetown again"

"What a wonderful place this is.We had an apartment 206.Fully equipped with everything we needed.A beautiful view .Lovely views around the bar near the swimming pool.The staff here were excellent,nothing was too much trouble,The restaurant food is excellent and very resonably priced.SISSY IN THE RESTAURANT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND,what a wonder lady she is. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area"

"Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation."

" Heck in was a little intimidating, but once we got through it, realised just how good the security of the building was and appreciated the efforts. Location was perfect and felt safe during the day at all times. Room was comfy with everything we expected. Pool was crowded at times and hard to find somewhere to sit in the sun, but hey, it had a pool."

"We liked the property. However to communicate was a problem through the app. We received too many e-mails after responding to the first one. Also two of the plugs in the unit was not working. Another big problem was that there is no plug close to a mirror to blow dry hair. Views were good and area is quiet. Parking is a bit tight."

"Wonderful apartments, great location with parking and all other facilities. Very clean. Only thing I would say is that I booked the pay at property option and around a week before we were due to stay I was contacted by the property for payment? Not sure why this happened and took a little digging to make sure we weren’t being scammed, had to pay otherwise it would have been cancelled"

"My time at the Taj was amazing. Impeccable customer service by Zim at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. Also Farun from housekeeping, thank you for the wonderful conversations and the service you provided. Jade, thank you as well for being super attentive. The customer service at the Taj CapeTown is exceptional and fabulous breakfast spread. Great stay if you’re in CapeTown! "

"We had a great stay - one night pre early flight- sad not to be able to stay longer and enjoy the facilities. The restaurant was good, the breakfast was expansive and there were lots of toys for our toddler to play with in the reception. We also really liked the pond style pool! V refreshing dip."

"It was a little confusing ti find since its on a pedestrian street. I called the hotel and they sent the bell boy to direct me on how to get there. The rooms besides being very comfortable for my family and I, was very chic. You will fall in love with the rooftop restaurant. Reminded me of a LA chic vibe. The cocktails were amazing. The vibe was great. Athough it felt the hotel would be a great place for younger traveleres, there were so accommodating to my family and I. As a matter of fact, there were lots of families with young toddlers staying here. The staff throughout the hotel was so cortious and helpful. They even walked with me to a grocery store to buy some stuff. I would have liked to have stayed for longer nights. I would definitely stay here again. "
