"Felix the owner is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He acts quickly on any issue about the apartment. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with beautiful garden and terrace facing the sea. Also it is within walking distance to the old town. On the minus side it is very difficult to find where to park private or public. There are only three restaurants near the apartment and they are all upmarket. "I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon).
