"The house is fantastic with amazing views. It is a little way from Steamboat we drove in so this was not a problem. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The primary bed is very tall and requires step stool. The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. We did take a Keurig and Nespresso. The game room was very nice for the teens. We did have trouble with the fireplace in the TV room. You must use the firestarters and there were not left for us. Once the maintenance person gave us the firestarters it worked great. The maintenance person was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not have any luck with the TV. We were unable to get youtubetv to work. Even the teens could not figure it out. The property managers were very responsive and a great help with any questions. The directed us in the use of the lockers that come with the property and that was such a great bonus. The problem came when I informed them possibility 2 extra ten year old may sleep on the couch. This request was denied. Our family has been skiing for over 50 years. We have taken our kids, youth groups and now our grandkids to almost every ski town in Colorado. NEVER have I been told that a child could not sleep on the couch, of which there are several in this house that even an adult could have slept on. Children have sleep on the floor in a sleeping bags for years. Outside cameras verify the number of persons. I was flabbergasted! Be warned."

"Three bedroom two bath cabin, the driveway was great. The fenced in yard was amazing for the dogs. They absolutely loved it lots and lots of space to run around. When you go through the front door, the house was very warm and cozy. Had a cabin fell to it very clean.. All the bedrooms were equally as cozy and cute and comfortable. The house is very clean and the whole process was super easy. We would definitely stay there again."
