"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of parking onsite. There's a lot to do nearby including several dining options. I would definitely come back here again "

"This rental was as shown in the photos posted. Checking in/out was super easy. The owner was super helpful & responsive . Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am. There are always police officers around, so we felt safe. The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags...

"A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out."

"This place was wonderful! Such nice decor, everything was comfy, we wish it could be our summer home! Although it was way too cold to enjoy the deck, it was so nice. Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

"We had a lovely time! Property was adorable and as described. Very much a city feel. We did have 7 people staying and would recommend having extra blankets and pillows. But overall, we had a lot of fun and would definitely stay again. Communication with Michael was fantastic. Thanks for working with me!"
