Tucked away on a quiet street in the Meyers/Tahoe Paradise neighborhood and surrounded by towering Jeffrey pines, this charming cabin boasts a well-equipped, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to help you prepare anything from fresh morning coffee to elaborate, full-course dinners. Dine together indoors or head out back, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy an alfresco experience on the furnished patio with a picnic table and gas fire-pit. The large, fenced backyard is also where you'll find your very own hot tub for soothing après-ski soaks.
Back inside, this home also features a spacious living area with plush seating (including a queen sofa bed), mesh WiFi throughout, and a smart TV ready to stream all your favorite channels.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by the City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. To ensure no wildlife damage, lock all windows and doors of the home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
