Tucked comfortably between Lake Tahoe’s most majestic mountain range, Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort offers a welcoming retreat for year-round outdoor enthusiasts. Set among breathtaking woodland scenery and towering pines, the charming lodge creates a picturesque setting for your Lake Tahoe getaway. Enjoy the well-appointed amenities, including a pool, fitness center and sauna, or step next door to the adjacent Ski Run Marina and Heavenly® Mountain Resort Base Lodge. Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort is conveniently located just a mile from the casino district, and other area attractions.

Approximately 910 square feet, this 2 Bedroom Deluxe unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds in the guest bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa in the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $24.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $24.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). This fee includes activities, arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), fire pits, outdoor table tennis, croquet, blue ray rentals, board games, business center, fitness center, hot tub access, sauna access, on-site laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, shuttle access, valet parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort by Diamond Resorts is Reno-Tahoe International Airport which is 55 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests.

*** Parking Policy ***
Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
