Location and access to beach was wonderful. The property had many rooms under construction and often had construction products in hallways. Construction crews had to use the guest elevators. You can hear every noise from all rooms around, above or below you. We had loose tiles in our room and the main bed was quite worn out. The bathroom had space for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, however just the shampoo was stocked.

Stay was ok. But when I checked in I got a room with a view of the parking lot with a palm tree over growing into belcaney. So I went and complained and I got another room with the view of a parking lot.I went back down and told them I'm supposed to have a pool view and then I got a room with a partial view with the Hilton's pool and partial view the ocean. Not what I booked and was charged for. I was there 6 nights 17th thru 23rd. It looked like there was plenty of pool view rooms open every time I was outback looking at the Ocean the 4th floor rooms looked open no one in them except the middle room. Other than that stay was good. Think I need a patial refund. If you look at my booking it says Pool View.. T

Bathroom tub stained. Tub faucet rust around. Microwave didn’t work well. The room was not cleaned on day before departure. We had to go and pick up towels because they didn’t have enough personal. Hallway carpet smelled bad. Towels very old. The whole property is n very bad condition it desperate needs a major remodeling. I do not recommend this place at all.

It is a smaller hotel compared to their neighbors but it makes for less foot traffic and quieter atmosphere. They have a great coffee shop, restaurant, and patio. You have immediate access to the beach and a private entrance to Clayton’s beach bar. They are under renovation right now, so some of the outside areas were loud at times, but they made up for it with excellent service and very clean amenities. Excited to see what the new room and bathrooms will look like once they’re done!

The only thing I could complain about was the bath tub. The enamel was peeling up and it was painted over. Although it looked pretty dirty, it was just ..what looked like painted over rust. Everything else was fine. The back door that I could look out and watch the white caps on those waves, awesome. Everyone was nice.

We stayed during the Christmas week, 2024. Enjoyed the view, food, weather and music performances every Saturday night. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent! Free parking and safe.
