"Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards...
