Enjoy the solitude
Ed and Steve have given a lot of thought to make our stay easy and comfortable. With the bakery and ice cream shops close by and the beach within walking distance. Wish we could have been able to stay longer.

Great Location, Clean, and cozy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… Everything was super clean and exactly as pictured. Hosts were so kind, helpful, and easy to contact if needed. Our rescue pup also enjoyed his stay… There’s so much to see and do in Portland it’s great to have found a place we can come back to year after year!!

Beautiful condo in great location
The condo is lovely and well decorated. It is very comfortable too! It is well equipped for human and canine guests. My pup and I enjoyed our week-long stay. The condo is convenient to many restaurants and walking distance to a dog friendly beach!

This is a must stay, very convenient and comfortable, the beach is right down the street , portland head lighthouse was 5 minutes, the old port is an easy 9 minute drive. My husband is super picky and he even said we'd stay again. King bed was super comfy And dog friendly was a plus. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful Location and Property
My three sisters and I stayed at the Condo for five nights. It was very comfortable and the location in South Portland was wonderful. We enjoyed going to the Scratch Bakery which was just across the street. The hosts also provide a complete list of restaurants and other sights in the area which was very detailed and helpful. We had a question regarding an issue in the Condo and the host responded immediately. They were very helpful. It was wonderful to have parking right outside our door and there were many nearby restaurants plus it was only a short drive to downtown Portland and the harbor area and shops. You can easily drive or take an UBER Lyft or taxi. I would stay here again if I return to Portland.

Easy peasy!
From booking to check out this rental was really great. Check in was effortless. Owner was quick to reply to questions. House was pleasantly spacious. Beds were very comfy. After having many engagements in the busier dwtn Portland area it was very nice to come back to the more laid back feel of South Portland. Scratch bakery every morning was an added bonus.

Home was central to visiting all Portland, other nearby towns & Boston! Across the street, Scratch Bakery was fantastic with homemade bagels, coffee & sweet baked goods!!! So yummy!!! Nearby are several lighthouses & local restaurants!! ❤️

Phenomenal location for a beautiful period home
This is a beautiful turn-of-the-century home that has been very tastefully updated to include the historic elements while offering modern conveniences. Every conceivable amenity was provided in the home to make it feel like "home". And the location is second to none! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Willard Beach home away from home
Ed and Steve’s place is a perfect home base from which to explore the wonderful shoreline, terrific restaurants, and charming neighborhoods of Cape Elizabeth, South Portland and Portland. The first-floor apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well outfitted, with many thoughtful touches. Ed is easily accessible to answer any questions that might come up about the house or the area. Highly recommend.

This condo is literally in the perfect location with the best hosts. If you are someone who travels with your pup book here!! Walking distance to a beach that has dog friendly hours. Charming unit located in a fantastic location! We enjoyed the bakery across the street and the ice cream shop in the next block. The hosts thoughtfully provide so many “extras” such as sunglasses, umbrellas, and beach towels for use during the stay. Descriptions for this rental are very accurate.

Great Willard Square Stay
Visiting family in the area and this place was a fantastic location. Scratch bakery across the street and the beach down the street. Loved the accommodations. Very comfortable and spacious for three of us. Would def stay again.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. House was located in a great place. 4 minute walk to Willard Beach and right across the street from Scratch Bakery. Only a quick 10 mintue drive to downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Owners were easy to reach and responded promptly when contacted. Would definately stay here again.

Wonderful base for exploring South Portland
We were very pleased. The place was spotless, great location, all basic amenities provided. There are not 2 king beds, only 1 king and a queen. Not an issue but listing said a king. You won’t go wrong with this place and definitely check out the bakery across the street!

Family gathering
I live in the neighborhood and had a large group of family coming for a memorial celebration. This was a perfect place for some family to stay. It’s a great apartment right across from our favorite bakery, near the beach, and down the street from our house. It’s got just the right beach vibe while providing comfort and all the modern conveniences. Highly recommend this property. Ed and Steve were so prompt in all our communications which we really appreciated.

Lovely beachside neighborhood
My husband, puppy and I just spent a lovely 4 days in Portland and enjoyed all the amenities of the condo. I wish some of my adult children could’ve joined us - there was plenty of room for more. The pictures exactly represented the condo. A few minute walk to the great beach and lots of great eateries (plus wonderful bakery and ice cream parlor across the street!) and quick drive to downtown Portland. I look forward to staying there again some time and highly recommend to others. Thank you!
