"This is an amazing hotel only footsteps from and with views over the famous Iguazu Falls. From its pink facade to the sumptuous furnishings and artwork, the friendly and experienced staff, delicious food, this hotel has it all. The only small criticism I would make is regarding the plastic sun-bed cushions which are very uncomfortable and the towels just slip away. Some more up to date fabric covered cushions would be a very welcome improvement."

"Our stay at Sanma felt very luxurious. The building and pool areas are both very modern and well maintained and there is excellent service from the front desk to the bar staff. The breakfast was included with the stay and it was very delicious, with a good variety of food. We liked that Iguazu Falls park and the bird sanctuary were both very short walks from the hotel. The only downside was our room (730) was near an area that is having some construction done, so when we were in our room during the day, it was loud. Luckily we spent most of our time away from the room, enjoying the pool and the local attractions. "

"Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk."

"Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor)."
