"I had a really nice stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends. "Feels like you're living in an episode of Mad Men! Very cute mid century decor. Nothing great about the food. One bartender was rude and surly. I was having breakfast alone at the bar and when I asked for honey, he slid the small jar across the bar, hitting the pitcher of milk and spilling it everywhere, including the stool i was sitting on and the floor. He never said a word. The nice guy next to me mentioned it was very inappropriate and helped with clean up. Next breakfast was scrambled...
