"Great property. The Signature restaurant is excellent. The golf is great. One problem - the parking. They now charge about $28/day for self-parking. That's on top of the room rate and the "Resort Fee". I can't stand that game - just a way to try and hide what they are really charging. Just tell me what you are charging for your room and include everything. Don't try to fool me by quoting one price and then charging another. To make matters worse, the parking system works poorly. "The convenience alone was worth the stay. We had a family gathering right across the street at Mi Tierra and it was so nice to be able to just walk over there. It was super close to The Riverwalk/downtown and that made it great. The hotel staff when we checked in on Friday was super friendly, but professional, and very informative and knowledged of the area and letting us know about what was going on around town. The only minor minor issue, bathtub needs recoating/replaced and the water pressure...

"I didn’t understand why we had to pay a parking fee and then for Wi-Fi we had to pay for that. I just think that’s ridiculous and Hilton shouldn’t be doing that. The fee of the room was quite expensive and you would think that would be included as the Marriott that’s included."
