"We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. Gym has reasonable equipment to meet your exercise needs. Buffet breakfast has sufficient options. Property is a bit outdated and can benefit with some maintenance in some areas however not a deal breaker for us. "Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth"

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality.
