"We booked a room with one king-size bed, but there was also a small single bed added, so the four of us could stay comfortably. The receptionist was very kind, which was great. The place was clean everywhere. However, when I requested an extra face towel, a Chinese staff member brought me a bath towel instead. I told her that I had asked for a face towel, but she replied, “I don’t understand English, only Chinese.” But she didn’t seem rude, so it didn’t bother me."
