I prepaid on Expedia for my hotel and they didn’t let me know upon check in that there was a refundable incidentals charge, causing me to be very confused when it popped up on my credit card. "This was our first time in Austin. We decided to stay here for a night. Walking in atmosphere was friendly and clean. Receptionist man was super friendly. The only complaints I have is that we had booked for a 1 King Bed room. When we got into room 212, we saw 2 beds.. We were tired from the long drive, didn't want to go back down and arguing just for one night. Getting ready for bed we realized the remote didn't work for the room. "The rating speaks for itself. It’s far from downtown. There are cheaper places closer to downtown. Breakfast was great and there is a Starbucks across the street. Rooms are set up to connect so if you have a noisy neighbor it will be heard under the door. "
