"The bed was firm, which is how I prefer it. The room was clean. It had a tub and shower combo. But the water pressure was low. So it took a while to fill up. My husband said the shower was the same way. But it was hot and for the price it was a good two night stay. Will return again. Very safe and updated. "

"Room was pretty good AC was on 65 when we arrived in the middle of November. Sheets were still damp from being cleaned and the room had a damp musty smell to it. Room aside staff were friendly and sweet, and the breakfast had some excellent options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, and waffles! Much better selection than most complimentary breakfast’s at other hotels at a similar price point. Minutes away from Tanger outlets and OWA! This is a hidden economical gem only $172 for two...

"There was a dispute between the check-in clerk and a customer. The customer was obviously distressed. She was crying about a billing error. The manager and clerk were both dismissive and abrupt with her. I did not know the reason but the manager should have taken the customer to a private area. It was quite uncomfortable standing there was the lady proceeded to cry and cry."

"The makeovers on this hotel are very nice. My only complaint was the lack of vending machines or ability to purchase something to drink. Our flight got in late and we didn't want to walk several blocks to find a soda or bottled water."

"This hotel was amazing. The only reason for the 4 star is they were renovating and of course there was some debris. I absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner hooked to the shower wall. They also had lotion hooked to the wall in the bathroom. Very much appreciated! The breakfast was awesome. They allow pets and we have 2 dogs that were treated well. Will definitely be back!"
