"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). Pump on shampoo broken (again housekeeping should have caught it). Not worth $500 for a view of the front driveway. Positives: beautiful property. Secluded location. Fantastic staff. Lots of amenities. But not a 5 star resort. "

"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"Booked last minute on the same day. Price was very reasonable for our room. I liked that the floors in the rooms were not carpeted. I’m assuming it allows for actual cleaner floors. Some wear and age in the bathrooms but nothing off putting. Pool showed its age but kids still enjoyed it. The breakfast options were slightly better than many standard hotels we’ve stayed at. Given the cost, we’d happily stay again for the quality we got. "

"The spaciousness of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. My favorite part of the stay is the pool and hot tub area and the gym. You can tell this space was well thought out. They even have a terrace attached to the pool area. Hands down one of the best pool area I have seen in a hotel."
