"Excellent overall. Very clean and all amenities were accurate based on the description online. I appreciated having a small fridge and microwave as standard in the unit, which many hotels don't offer. I tried the shampoo and conditioner and they were really nice! The only thing that wasn't great was the bed. It wasn't terrible by any means, but I have a tempurpedic bed now at home so most hotel beds just aren't near as nice as that. I've stayed at various other hotels in the area and these beds...

"The staff at this location are hospitable and accomodating. The receptionist that greeted me was thorough when explaining the amenities. The receptionists were light-hearted and warm upon check out. I highly recommended Aloft downtown as a General Manager in the Hospitality Industry for over 12 years!"

"Hotel was quiet and clean. They had so many touches to add to the experience- a signature scent, fun music & a crackling fire. The artwork was quirky and creative. I will look for reasons to return to Louisville and stay at The Grady!"
