Also, the reception staff were elegant, sophisticated and very well informed. They gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast and were always helpful. "This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it."
