"I booked this house almost a year ago to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. First, the good stuff: The location is beautiful. Our kids loved the sandy beach, and when there are waves you can swim because there are no jellyfish. When it's calm, beware! We had many jellyfish stings the first day. "Everything was great. The staff was very accommodating. The room door stopped working on my first night, so I was stranded in the lobby for a couple of hours while they fixed it. It was an inconvenience, but nothing anyone could control. However, the staff was so thorough and caring that I have to give them credit for tackling the issue with excellent customer service."
