"We were told upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a superior room, which was apparently the same type of room we originally booked. When we arrived, the room had multiple housekeeping issues, so we went to the front desk to address it. After explaining the situation, they moved us to an executive room, but unfortunately, even that room had cleanliness problems. The whole experience was disappointing, especially with the lack of consistency in room quality and cleanliness. Hoping for better...

"Nice hotel, with easy pay parking. Located walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. Room was larger than I expected. Found the bed too soft but that’s just personal preference. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience."
