"checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. "Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down "

"In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"Very nice modern location. Clean air environment vs polluted air in other district. Far away from D1, but worth it. Closed to Aeon Tan Phu which has any food and everything you need for daily life."

"Sherwood was a great hotel. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect. Washer AND dryer in suite. Lots of space and great toiletries. The staff at the reception work throughout the night for anyone checking in or out late and early. We had a 5am flight home so needed to check out at 2am, staff were there, friendly and quick to help us.
