"My plane was extremely late arriving in Austin. I arrived at the property at midnight and Raymond the host greeted me and even carried my luggage to my room. Upon entering the room it looked beautifully decorated and as the listings portrayed. Also the host had left a fruit bowl with apples, tangerines, and grapes. Also English muffins, butter and Nutella. I love everything about this property including onsite parking. I enjoyed the library of unusual books, Koi pond and the unique landscaping....

Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. "This was our 3rd stay at the Eleven Eleven Ranch and it was just as fabulous as the previous visits. Despite the frigid temps we were warm and toasty inside the luxurious cottage and in the hot tub. The kitchen facilities are excellent and well equipped. Everything was provided for us - even laundry soap. We frequent vacation rentals 2-3 times a year and this is our favorite!
