"Hotel Indigo is a great place to stay in downtown Austin! The staff was all super helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect! You are next door to some great restaurants, and within a short walk to the Capitol and much of downtown. If bars are your thing, Red River Street is full of them, but we walked around the area at night without feeling very uneasy. Even though parking costs a little extra, we were so glad to not have to worry about where to park our truck. We parked it when we arrived, and we walked and Ubered during the stay. We enjoyed our stay greatly!"

"Nearly brand new, clean and easy to walk to anything you may need. Only a couple areas of improvement: They don’t disclose this on their website, but valet is $55 a day The water in the room doesn’t get hot enough! If you like to take hot showers as one usually does, ours was probably only 100 degrees. Not hot enough to melt my problems away LOL Also, there was a distinct musty or moldy smell in our shower. Weird being nearly brand new?? Other than that- perfect "

"Property is beautiful and located in a great part of downtown. It is difficult to get into and out of the hotel parking lot. The valet service although well executed is expensive at $54/day. Overall fantastic experience and the on-site food choices were great."
