"Honestly I never had a bad experience at any Embassy Suites I have stayed at and this was no different. Front Desk was friendly no matter who was there, the parking was convenient, the view of the bridge and river were nice, the rooms were as expected which is why I chose Embassy. The only thing I would say in regards to the cleanliness is "the little things" like the carpet has spots, the chairs in the "front room" area had some dirty stains on it. I have also seen people talk about the hot water, my room had NOTHING but hot water in the shower lol. Overall im satisfied "
