"Neat and clean "

"Though i had requested a downstairs room when making reservations due to traveling with dogs, I was assigned a 3rd floor room. I didn't think I had a choice, but decided to make further inquiries after having dinner. After returning from dinner, staff checked for me and did find a downstairs room available and made the switch for me. It was much appreciated!! There were a lot of dog waste stations/poop bags available, and though I did encounter others walking dogs there, I never once found one stray dog poop, which was much appreciated. Also, there was sufficient lighting and a long loop to walk around the building, so I felt comfortable doing so after dark. I had to check out in the very early morning hours, and unfortunately staff was away from the desk. It was not clear how to gain their attention, but the person walking in early to their shift did not bat an eye about helping me even before she got to settle into her work day, and I very much appreciated that. "

"Stayed here after having a surgery with a nearby plastic surgeon. It was an absolute dream. Valet parking made it so easy to get right to the front door, quick check in, handicap accessible room made it easy for me to use the bathroom and shower. Rooms were beautiful and beds were amazing! Room service for breakfast was perfection since I couldn’t get up to go out to eat, cannot recommend this hotel enough! Staff was so friendly and accommodating! 10 stars!!! "

"Would say its like a kids vegas for children under about 13ish."

"The pool was closed due to another guest’s disrespect but the staff were so apologetic & kept us updated. We had to leave early in the morning one of our days so they packed us a sweet breakfast before it opened. Also, employees that you recognize from your stay last year, is key for our children’s comfort. "
