"We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and...

"It was in remote area and we had to drive 30 miles to buy groceries. Then was missing basics like extra paper towels. Dishwasher was broken. Nice unit comfortable, though road to it was gravel. Not many restaurants so we grilled out every night and had to buy everything. Was not expecting it to be so isolated. Fall Creek Falls area was good drive away. The roads were very narrow and winding with lots of switch backs, not used to that at all. Beautiful area in mountains."

"The place was clean and comfortable and suited our purpose for visiting family. The listing, however, was not accurate in terms of available amenities. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues...

"Hot tub is new and clean. Kitchen has most of what you would need. Grocery stores are 45 minutes away so bring lots of food and your favorite condiments that need refrigeration like ketsup, mustard, chocolate syrup, coffee cream, soy sauce, bread, peanut butter, butter, etc. Nice selection of spices in kitchen. Beds are comfortable. A very relaxing wonderland. Skies are very dark and filled with stars. Beautiful common area with horses and ponds. Will stay here again!"
