"Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. "

"This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone."

"The loft Apartment is very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we felt very much at home there. Easy access in and out of the parking garage and very close to the highway. Centrally located in the city equidistant to our relatives who we were visiting. Beautiful view of the city and the lights from the window. We go to Rochester to visit our grandkids a couple times a year and we hope to stay here again!"

"My nephew plays football for the University of Rochester. Sadly this is his last year and every time we drove from OHIO to watch him play, we always loved staying here. It is the greatest. "We moved from Florida and it was anything less then smooth. To get here and just needing to rest, we couldn't found a better place. They were kind enough to allow pets and the bed was such a great sleep. The host couldn't have been nicer people"

"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"This is the most communicative host ever and in a very good way. We appreciate the special touches like water in the fridge and some snacks. Great internet and extra blankets. As others have said there is no closet or washer as suggested by the listing. However there is an awesome video game machine with 10 different games. "The property is a cute little house and the actual place you stay is the upstairs apartment. There were tons of fireflies in the front yard which was fun for our kids. People live in the house below. We didn’t receive an email or text beforehand with instructions for the property and had to text the owner to ask for the code to get in.
