Tranquil County Cottage.

Come and enjoy The Country Cottage in Spotswood, with the spectacular views of the Lowrey Range & kaikoura Mountains!
The Cottage is located 20 Meters from state highway 1 so very ideal for your convenience . Cheviot Towship is only 7 km away, There you will find everything you need. Amazing Four Square for all your fresh food & supplies. Great Cafes, Bakery & Butchers. Cheviot Trust Hotel provides fabulous Meals and a courtesy van for your convenience
Kaikoura is a short picturesque drive of 45mins and Christchurch only 90mins. Hamner Springs just over 60mins drive also.

Please bear with us as we haven't as yet finished setting up all the rooms,and waiting for the professional photographer to take photos and also waiting until the rest of the furniture arrives from our previous Holiday Let....
but this will be all completed by the 2nd week of May.

The Cottage has a Classic Style but with a modern feel.
Large UpTo date Kitchen fully equipped and perfect for entertaining.
Sunny warm lounge with heat pump, and French doors that open up to outdoor patio.
Main bedroom with queen bed and beautiful views of the mountains and front garden.Second bedroom has a gorgeous brass double bed and third bedroom two single beds, both with lovely views. All equipped with linen.
Bathroom has a shower and large heated towel rack and separate toilet.
Fully equipped laundry.
If you are a train enthusiast...jump out to front lawn and wave to the coastal Pacific, always a Highlight.
The Cottage has beautiful gardens for you to wander around and enjoy.
At present the property is not fully fenced. So young Toddlers will need to be supervised, and pets will need to be pre approved before booking is confirmed please.
