"We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the shoulder season, so Springdale was not very crowded. The onsite store was very convenient. The cabin was clean, but not luxurious. I know it probably states it in the details but there is no tv and no coffee pot. A deer walked up to our cabin and you can’t beat the views. "

"The property is beautiful right in the middle of everything right behind Subway we walked directly across and took the tram into Zion. Food groceries supplies all nearby. The property had everything we needed so beautiful nice beds our family had so much fun."

"This property was perfect! Literally walk across the street to the park entrance. Never used the Springdale shuttle but it’s right outside. Nice touch having all the kcups for coffee and tea bags. Bed was very comfortable. Suggest you do food shopping on the way into Springdale. Limited grocery availability in town and VERY EXPENSIVE . "Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views."
