The open living/dining/kitchen area with tile floors and beachy décor features a comfortable seating area with sofa and loveseat, flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a rocking chair for kicking back and enjoying seaside vistas. The sofa converts to a double pull-out bed, providing additional sleeping space.

Glass sliding doors open to a private balcony with comfortable seating, overlooking the pristine beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or relax at the end of the day while dolphins frolic in the surf.

The dining table has seating for 6, and the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts!

Upstairs, comfortable sleeping accommodations await after a day of sea and sun. The beach-facing king master bedroom with direct Gulf views and private balcony, flat screen TV, and full private bath with shower/tub combination. The stack washer/dryer adds additional guest convenience. The twin bedroom on the second floor also has a balcony with Gulf views, and is served by the full bathroom in the hall.
