"This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s such a great location. Even on a holiday weekend, the place felt quiet and the beach was not crowded. It was a hot weekend, so the under deck area was a great retreat from the for the kids to play. And the upper deck is great for evenings in the summer. It was so nice to see the beach and sunrise from the deck. Great stay!"

"When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the home actually exceeded our expectations. It was so so cute. Everything was perfect. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered patio with the big fan. Honestly we spent most of our time there. We also enjoyed playing games at the dining table. The hosts were so above and beyond accommodating. We will definitely be back"

"The house was beautiful! Attractively decorated, clean and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Perfect layout with full private bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. Location was beachfront and ideal for exploring all of JI. Pool/beach towels were not provided which was an inconvenience since we all flew in from the Northeast. Other than that, I would recommend this home for any type of gathering!"

"Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. The house is really nice in a great location, super close to the beach, no crosswalk to cross to the beach but it is a slower road and we never had any issues. Plenty of room for 5 people.
