Beautiful beach apartment, directly across from Caddy's on the Beach restaurant. Spacious 1 bed room, with bathrooms, kitchen, and TV area. The beach is 30 steps from this location. Amazing location with beautiful views of the famous Treasure Island sunset. There is a tiki bar next door to this complex And a beach Bar/ Restaurant cross the street. There are bands that play Almost nightly To 10Pm at both Places.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
