This beautiful second and third floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, typically used as a vacation rental, is now available for those displaced by Hurricane Helene and Milton and for those working in the area insurance/flood adjusters, contractors...

It's a perfect temporary home while you restore your property or work in the area. The property is located approximately 1/2 mile south of Walsingham Road. While this area did sustain storm damage, it was not hit as hard as some of the other areas and many of the nearby shops and restaurants are open or working to get back open.

Note: While our grounds, including the landscaping and pool area, are still undergoing restoration due to the storm, the condo unit itself sustained no damage from either hurricane and is fully functional. The outside of the building is currently being painted starting 10/28/2024.
