My Happy Place on 100th sleeps 8

My Happy Place on 100th is a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Pool Home that accommodates up to 10 guests. This home has everything you need to make Vacation Memories! You have several choices on where to relax or to watch a movie. There are 2 Living rooms with cozy Furniture and TV's or if you choose to hang out in the screened in Lanai to watch the kids play in the pool and have a tropical beverage. My Happy Place is furnished Florida Style! The Kitchen offers Stainless Steel Appliances and everything you need to stay in, make dinner and recap your stay in Florida. The Outdoor Pool area is private and you can soak up the sun by lounging poolside. You can grill out and dine inside or out in the lanai. Spend the day at the pool or head to the beach which is only 4 miles away!!

​​​​​​​The surrounding local area has some great day trips such as: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This property provides 2 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
