Perfect for a girls trip!
This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend. The kitchen was stocked with the essential utensils and was clean, the space was perfect for nights in and the location was great! We were able to walk to a few restaurants, stores and the grocery store.

Memorial Day Fun
We have visited the Vistas multiple times, so we know what to expect. The weather was great and the people were friendly. The unit was not cleaned to our normal expectations. The floor was sandy when we arrived, some pillows had an odor, and the switch on the dryer is taped into position attempting to extend its life. None of these things ruined our trip. They just were below expectation.

Absolutely misrepresented in posting.
This property was very dirty and unkempt. The paint is chipping on closet doors and around all knobs, handprints on doors, dirt on the floor in numerous places, lampshade was ripped, couch pillows were pilled and linty, no drain plug in master bath, the guest room mirror had not been cleaned, there were 2 earplugs and a cocoa puff next to the nightstand in guest bedroom, soap scum on both bathroom walls/tiles, the master bath light blinks from dim to bright continuously, and the dryer made an awful squeaking noise. I complained right after we arrived and the management company asked if I wanted them to send a cleaning lady over. NO. I wanted it to be clean when I arrived. We arrived on a Saturday and on Tuesday after my complaints, they offered to either refund me the cleaning fee or I could vacate and receive a refund for the remaning balance. I chose the latterboffer and went to the building manager (different company than the condo manager for this unit) and they were able to put me in a MUCH cleaner and up to date unit. This unit was extremely dated except for the kitchen and just overall dingy and not welcoming at all.

Great location
Overall a great place to stay..beach and pool access is convenient. Musty smell should be addressed and new mattresses would be nice especially the pull out sofa bed. Nice kitchen and great water pressure. A fresh coat of paint and new blankets would be a plus! Otherwise it’s a perfect location to the main strip and lots of restaurants close by to choose from! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice and not so nice!
The location, check-in was great. The grounds and walk to pool and beach very good. The condo building was a nice size…not so huge, not so crowded. 😊 Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The floor was dirty and we wore socks or slippers while we were inside. The televisions had some issues and it took 2 visits to fix them. The lint catcher inside dryer was broken….that can be a fire hazard. Finally…too many fake dusty potted plants on every table top. We removed them to the floor so we could put a glass or snacks on tables. Also the drawers were loaded with far too many pillows and blankets…no place for clothes in master bedroom. An update and thorough cleaning would be nice.

Great stay steps from the beach
Clean and well appointed room, steps from the beach. Condo is not new, but it's very clean, with tasteful furniture, comfortable bedding, and great water pressure. Great location- you can walk to everything-food, restaurants, coffee, bars/nightlife and BEACH. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation
Musty smell from water damage in master bedroom. Flooring is damaged. Dryer did not function well. Kitchen has been remodeled and appliances were very nice. Love Vistas on the Gulf and would definitely rebook.

Beautiful beach and area
The beach was beautiful and the maintenance crew was very accommodating. When we arrived we had the wrong address, but found it a few minutes away. Once we arrived the door was propped opened from the automatic lock. There could be updating, but we aren't in the room much anyhow and it was a good price. Worked out great for us and we had a wonderful time! There were several restaurants to walk to as well.

GOOD LOCATION, EASY BEACH ACCESS
There was some room damage, scribbles on wall from previous tenants, and the elevator failed to move twice, which was a bit disconcerting, but overall we enjoyed our stay. PM was great, check in was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The cosmetics issues were overall minor.

Enjoyed our vacation!
This was one of few affordable places to stay. It could use some updates, but then again, it would just raise the rates. The air conditioning doesn’t work well in the second bedroom. I was told we had to park along the fence, however, if it wasn’t for having a handicap tag for my son, we would not have had any parking at all. We loved being on the beach.

Very disorganized and unsafe I don't recommend this place to anyone.
The experience was horrible, they didn't tell me that I had to pay to park the car in the parking space.The lady who was in front of the concierge said that we can park there, then a man came knocking on our door threatening.When the guy who was there at night arrived he said that we will have to move the car out of the parking space because we didn't pay for that parking lot.When I called to talk to the person in charge of the apartment numerous John he never got back to me, I spoke to another who didn't solve anything and very arrogant.

Nice location!
My sister and I and my niece and nephew stayed for a few days to get away. Close to restaurants and lots of ice cream shops. Beach was perfect and not crowded at all. Only issue we had was only one parking spot but property manager was able to accommodate us a couple of buildings down for 2nd car since my niece wasn’t staying the whole time.

Location is perfect!
The condo was great! Washer and dryer worked great for us- we did two loads or more per day! The refrigerator is old and noisy, but worked great. My only complaint is the lack of fans. No ceiling fans and only one personal fan in one bedroom. If you like to have the air circulating, bring your own fan.

Great location, but interior needs update
Lovely location, and nice terrace, however the interior leaves a lot to be desired. Dishwasher leaked, two bulbs were burnt out, faux leather sofa and recliners were peeling, lint filter hadn't been cleaned in ages, and bathrooms could've been cleaner (I could go on, but enough already). Management was responsive and helpful. Great potential, with some TLC.
