"Rooms were decent for London, comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet given the size of the hotel. Try not to check in at 14.00 as we waited half an hour to get to the desk! It seemed quiet at other times. left luggage service was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. We only used the hotel to sleep and were otherwise out, so cantcomment on the other facilities. Location is great, next to Russell square."
