"Wonderful location and estate for 3 generation , 11 people sun sea and sand Christmas. The Sugar Beach Villa was exactly as described in the information provided. Lots of space to hang out together or find a quiet place in the breeze and sun to relax and read. The large stand alone “chat and chill” kitchen was perfect for the family team cooking for dinners and walk- in “brunch” spot for breakfast early and late risers. The large pool was wonderful for the younger children’s fun time when they had tired of the beach and waves, adventuring through the extensive trails and pathways to the beach. The older ones took to kayaking and paddle board adventures to the coral reef, islands and Tropic of Cancer beach.Thank you Kim and Alex for being “Chefs” for two wonderful dinners !Getting around the island was easier than expected and shopping for supplies was not too difficult, we ordered the first batch on line at The Exuma market and it was delivered waiting for us when we arrived. For the rest we visited the stores and Prime meat as we explored some of the island.The Sugar beach Villa was a great location, easy walk to tropic of cancer beach, few minutes drive to Mum’s bakery for bread and rum cake. Relaxing family Christmas in Exuma

"This was our first time and Exuma. We loved that the island is quiet and does not support large resorts and the crowds accompanying them. Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. We used the provisioning service provided by the property manager, Judy. There were some issues; items were out of stock due to the time they shopped. We cooked all of our meals at home except two dinners out. The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which is always a concern of ours. The outdoor spaces and the view were amazing! We spent our days on the beach, kayaking and snorkeling in the calm water. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful time at Blue Reef Villa! We loved the location with the sandbar and reef just a short swim away. We stayed at this location for the beautiful nearby beaches, (TOC, Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill), and tasty food from Santanas & TOC beachside grill! We had a few hiccups that needed attention during our stay... TV not working (took awhile to get fixed-- Georgia GAME on and husbands didn't like that), power outages (2- not sure if this is normal for the island?), and water in home stopped. All were resolved except for water dispenser refill which was requested on our 2nd day. "

"Wow! Amazing! We had a great time! The only thing you need to wear at Serenity is sunscreen. We stayed eight days and only seen two people walking the beach. For it being a public beach, it sure felt like our very own private oasis. The hut had about everything we needed for our stay including wifi . The king size net bed was our favorite place to hang out during the day to catch some rays and then at night for some star gazing. Tip: pack a flashlight, the nights are very dark when there's no moon out. The pictures and descriptions listed on VRBO are spot on, but you really need to be here in person to get a sense of the "serenity". The hosts were easy to reach and answer any questions we had. They even helped us set up a car rental and brought/delivered us some delicious pizza!"
