"There was an open attic in the room. They refused to give me a refund because I washed my hands when I came into the room, before noticing the attic. I reserved their most expensive room at 6pm, arrived at 6:30pm, and left by 7pm. So they did not lose any business over me, and they had 4 other identical rooms vacant, and more cheaper rooms."
