All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. "Beautiful property - very well appointed, relaxing and just as advertised. We are veterans and attended our National Conference for Combat Veterans, a motorcycle association. Thus we were on bikes. Having access to the garage, which fit all of our bikes was wonderful as the weather was rainy during our stay. "Clean, easy to check in plent of games and things available"

"We were in town for my grandson's birthday. We usually stay at a nearby inn but it was booked, so we tried a VRBO. It was my first time and I am thoroughly happy with the experience. Pauline provided communications and updates from the moment the house was booked. When we arrived the home was clean and inviting. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. "Just keep in mind that the property is very old and so are all the appliances and furniture. When I say old, I mean clawfoot bathtub old. It’s not bad- they all seem to work fine- I just wasn’t expecting that based on the pictures. The house is also set up pretty weird and there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Other than that, can’t complain. The place is very clean.
