I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful breakfast, but it would be wonderful if the restaurant and bar remained open for a longer period. Having them close at 6 PM required me to venture into the nearest town for dinner, which was less than ideal. "

"I've stayed here twice now and while it's old school decor isn't really to my taste, and it could do with a refresh, it's actually a really nice hotel that is comfortable. "There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again."
