Cozy Lake-front Log Cabin in a large quiet cove w/ Kayak

This beautiful modern log cabin is a perfect retreat for families, couples, or serious fishermen. Located on the upper end of the Lake of the Ozarks, the water is so smooth and quiet you will think you are on another lake. This is an ideal part of the lake for skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or fishing. With a full front porch, 40-foot deck, and 3 slip dock with a large entertaining area, you won't tire of all the things you can do and enjoy, and Oh, by the way, the view and sunsets are spectacular.

6 Night stay is required for Summer Months!

For Sleeping and relaxing: The cabin has 2 bedrooms, plus a semi-private loft sleeping area. In addition, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa and a single futon. Each sleeping area (3) has its own remote-controlled heating and cooling unit, as well as a unit in the main dining/living area. There is high-speed Wi-Fi and a 50-inch TV. (Wi-Fi calling works great and is needed in this area as the cabin is off the cellular grid.)

For Swimming, Sunbathing, and Outdoor Dining: The dock has a large entertaining area with 4 chaise lounges and a large swim platform with a dock ladder. The 12x40 Deck has a patio table and 7 chairs.

For Fishing: The cabin sits on a 1 1/2-mile-deep cove, and the main channel is home to some of the best Spoonbill fishing in the world. The dock provides a great place to fish.

Kayaking - one kayak is included.

For Boating: The dock has two 10x24 boat slips which are included in the price of your rental. Wigwam School Access is a Conservation Dept. Boat ramp that is about 3 minutes away by boat and a 20-minute drive by road. https://mdc.mo.gov/discover-nature/places/wigwam-school-access The Hiawatha Beach Resort marina is directly across the cove and a convenient place to buy ice and boat gas.
