"This property is very cute but needs some updates. We could hear the people above us morning and night and with small children jumping on/off furniture and running was a little frustrating as we tried to relax. The water in our room only ever got slightly warm which was tough when trying to warm up. The lobby is very cute and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. "Green Mountain Inn is very nice. Lots of stairs. There's an elevator but we still had stairs to our room. Patrick and Eric at the front desk were wonderful but Laura was a challenge. Checking in and out of the room took far too long because Laura is challenged. Other staff are very polite."
