FISHINGS AT YOUR DOOR STEP!!
The Shack is one of the few properties in SA lucky enough to have its own private beach, private boat mooring and access to the beach and access to the mooring via property.
This is an idealic location for a quiet getaway with breathtaking views.
There is a large deck area great for entertaining looking over the bay with bbq facilities.
After a days fishing there are fish filleting facilities and the friendly pelicans are sure to keep you entertained.
Enjoy the sunset over the magnificent streaky bay while enjoying a few drinks on the deck
The shack comprises of 2 living areas, ample carparking for boats and cars.
There is room for 8 people - 4 queen size beds.

The Shack was as we expected a renovated shack very well equipped with a location right on the water. Accessibility was easy Beds and bed linen were clean and comfortable but general cleaning could have been better particularly bathroom floor area but we enjoyed our stay there.

Exactly what was needed
The Shack was booked for 5 adults. Great location and was as advertised. The host was responsive to all communications and made a last minute change a positive one. All the guests had an enjoyable comfy stay.

As soon as you walk through the front door the ocean view takes your breath away. To be able to fish straight from your deck is priceless. The house has everything you need with spaces for the family to have their own areas to relax. Wonderful location to shops and the Jetty. Perfect!!!!

Perfect seaside relaxation
The Shack provided me with the perfect getaway - from internet, city bustle, stress. The house is beautiful with relaxing decor, every amenity you could need, comfortable beds - and a view that took my breath away when I opened the front door. Looking straight out onto the bay. And that's what I did for four days and nights while I read a book, shucked oysters and cooked some beautiful whiting. The central location means you can walk everywhere. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Do not stay here if you want a relaxing time
The views are beautiful, it was nice until the next door neighbors intruded by jumping the fence, intoxicated harassing us and our two small children, money was stolen and the neighbors music was loud until 5am. The owner contacted me twice, rudely, once waking me up on my birthday accusing me about our 8 guests staying and how many cars parked in the drive way. Then again about the music complaint when it was actually the other Neighbors music. Accused of 3 dogs when I only had 1 dog and the advertisement states pets are allowed. The forth room is adjoined to another, so little to no privacy for two rooms. Then the owner charged an extra additional $300 for cleaning, with no photographs to prove this, when in fact we left the place clean & tidy, we even washed, dried and folded the towels and put the rubbish and bins out. The weather was the only perfect thing all weekend. Would not recommend to stay here.

Advertising was very misleading Say sleeps 8, but no allowances for teenagers to have privacy. Well equipped and close to all amenities. Bit miffed got charged extra 2 people when only 5 ended up staykng due to room configuration.

Perfection
The Shack is exactly what I was looking for, on the water, dog friendly and close to facilities. It was quiet and serene, perfect for some me time with a glass of wine, a book and a cheese board. The best hot shower, great facilities and a view to die for! I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent spot!
Great location with a real beach shack vibe. Beds comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. Many hours spent unwinding on the deck & on the lounge in the north-facing sun room. Would love to return!
