"Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner. More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. "The house was in a lovely location, very peaceful and spacious. As the website points out, it is an old Victorian house, quirky but functionsed well for our family, and warm without the need to light the stove. We loved the dining room table complete with candles"

"The property was very nice for staying a few days with friends. There were some small issues with locks and cabinets breaking but overall not too bad. "Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."

"Amazing loch and mountain views right out of front windows. As close a property to a loch as you'll find. Great facilities. Douglas is a friendly and welcoming host."

"We had a great time in Killin. This property was excellent and as portrayed . There is a powder room on the ground floor and a separate closet with a washer (dryer is hot water based in same unit). 2 racks for drying damp clothes. Both bedrooms are upstairs one en-suite with shower and the other one has both shower and bath tub.The only watch out was a 200 GBP deposit that was not in VRBO description.Though accepted and normal I took off a star for this."
